Hi, i’m Glenn.
I’m an Artist / Illustrator (soon to be Brand Designer) based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
My style is constantly evolving but I’m fascinated by retro/vintage illustrative styles, you may see that reflected in my work. I’ve also grown up with portraiture and surrealism, both styles that are very close to my heart (i’m working towards new portfolios for both so at some point, you’ll see more of that here).
I specialise in detailed, hand drawn and painted traditional techniques, but use both traditional and digital methods to achieve the desired results. My current portfolio is digital, but my past experience is mostly drawing and painting on paper, and future portfolio sections will reflect that as well.
I have 40+ years experience in creating art, with experience in the following:
Portraiture
Surrealism and Allegorical Paintings (acrylic/oils)
Comics (sketching/inking/colouring)
Children’s book illustration
Stylised Landscapes
I have formally trained in both Graphic Design / Finished Art and Illustration, and can combine traditional, illustrative and digital graphic elements to suit any visual concepts you may need.
